PROFESSIONAL PROFILE​

As a Support Engineer with extensive experience in delivering comprehensive technical support to end-users, I excel in collaborating with teams and managers to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and meet client expectations.

I am a strong communicator and team player who thrives in collaborative environments with both colleagues and clients. I am currently looking to expand my skill set in a challenging new role within a company that values exceptional client-customer service and technical expertise.

My journey began as a Junior Web Developer, providing technical and customer support at Soft Tech Innovation Ltd and AamarPay. Following this, I worked remotely for an American hip-hop website from June 2016 to March 2018, where I managed the wp-admin panel, handled blog/vlog posts, conducted email and social media marketing, customized the website, and supported the website’s clients.

After that, I worked (as a Remote) for an American hip-hop website from Jun 2016 to March 2018. My primary role was maintaining the website wp-admin panel, Blog/Vlog Post, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Customizing the Website, And Supporting the website’s Clients.

I then joined an Overseas Recruiting Agency as a Project Manager and IT Admin Executive, supporting and consulting with over 20 international clients from Singapore, the Maldives, and Qatar.

Subsequently, I worked as a Support Engineer and Coordinator at weDevs, and I am currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Awesome Motive (AIOSEO).

I am passionate about WordPress and enjoy working with codebases to meet client needs. While I’m not a die-hard programmer, I am always eager to explore coding challenges and expand my knowledge.

As a Senior Technical Support member, I handle complex and escalated technical issues, bridging the gap between support and development teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Providing Support via HelpScout support tickets/ live chat for both free & paid products.
  • Site troubleshooting, investigating, and creating detailed bug reports.
  • Taking ownership of technical issues and working with the Engineers team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
  • Provide pre-sales support besides tech support. And resolve customer complaints.

It was my first company. I joined Soft Tech Innovation Ltd. as a Front-end, WordPress Junior Web Developer.

My primary role was to make a responsive website using WordPress premium theme, WordPress & Opencart Theme Customization, HTML, CSS Bug Fixing. Also, create an online e-commerce store with Opencart and WordPress premium themes.

  • Website Design, Development & customization according to the client’s expectation.
  • Setup & maintain client’s Cpanel.
