PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Support Engineer with years of experience in providing comprehensive technical support to end-users. Collaborate with team and Managers to complete the task to discover issues, resolve defects, and ensure client expectations.
I am well regarded for being a strong communicator and team-player with colleagues and clients. Now I’m seeking to expand my current skills in a new, challenging environment within a new company that values my proven track record of excellent client-customer service and technical skills.
I would love to work with WordPress according to the client’s needs. I’m not a die-hard programmer, but I would love to explore the codebase.
My first professional experience was as a Junior Web Developer. Besides Technical Support & Customer Support in a local IT Firm (Soft Tech Innovation Ltd & AamarPay).
After that, I worked (as a Remote) for an American hip-hop website from Jun 2016 to March 2018. My primary role is to maintain the Website wp-admin panel, Blog/Vlog Post, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Customize the Website, And Support the website’s Clients.
Then I joined an Overseas Recruiting Agency as a Project Manager and IT, Admin Executive. As a job responsibility, I have to support & consult more than 20+ foreign (Singapore, Maldives, Qatar) clients.
Currently working as a Support Engineer at weDevs (Leading WordPress & SASS based company)
To build a career that encounters challenging & creativity. Face the challenging new millennium & development appearance. A relevant challenging position in Engineering or IT industry.
I always try to create unique process for each & every client to ensure their business objectives are met throughout their project, and the success achieved, and the client is happy.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Providing Support via HelpScout support tickets/ live chat for both free & paid products.
Site troubleshooting, investigating, and creating detailed bug reports.
Taking ownership of technical issues and working with the Engineers team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.

It was my first company. I joined Soft Tech Innovation Ltd. as a Front-end, WordPress Junior Web Developer.
My primary role was to make a responsive website using WordPress premium theme, WordPress & Opencart Theme Customization, HTML, CSS Bug Fixing. Also, create an online e-commerce store with Opencart and WordPress premium themes.
